Customized Rock Climbing Courses and Guided Trips

​The flexibility of our Custom Climbing Courses and Guided Trips makes this one of our most popular options for all seasons of the year.  There are a wide variety of rock climbing areas in and around the Prescott region, as well as countless classic single and multi-pitch climbs to learn on.

We can arrange any type of Custom Course or Trip that you or your group desires according to the dates that best fit your schedule. From a custom Intro to Alpine Climbing Course to a classic climb on Granite Mountain, or in the scenic Granite Dells, our helpful staff can assist you in designing a Course or Trip that suits your every need!

One of our most common requests that we can fulfill is a Custom Course for aspiring Guides who have completed the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) Single-Pitch Instructor (SPI) Course, but are still looking for further mentorship, or an evaluation before taking the SPI Examination. 
INCLUSIONS
  • All rock climbing gear (harness, helmet, rock shoes, etc.)
  • Guiding and Instruction with an AMGA Certified Single-Pitch Instructor, Apprentice Alpine Guide, or Apprentice Rock Guide dependent upon your request
  • Supplemental equipment available upon request

EXCLUSIONS
  • Transportation to Prescott, AZ
  • Hotel costs before, during, or after the outing
  • Guide gratuity
  • Lunch food or snacks
  • Personal hiking/climbing clothing and equipment
  • Costs associated with weather delays or other variables beyond the control of Granite Mountain Guides
